Below are basic terms based on per song/per use, and MFN with master and co-publishers when necessary. It is understood that some terms may differ from the below, in which case the fees would need to be renegotiated.

TV Commercials
Media: National TV, industrial, online and social (including paid and organic)
Territory: US for all media except worldwide for passive online and social
Term: 1 year or 6 months

Online Only Commercials
Media: Online and social media (including paid and organic
Territory: Paid media limited to the US, Passive online and social media is worldwide
Term: 1 year or 6 months
